The new access roads have been built, the infrastructure is in place, and the marketing suite set up. In fact, the preparations are complete for the launch of the city’s most exciting new business location on Tuesday July 1st at Kingsway Business Park, Gloucester.
Regional property developer, Robert Hitchins Limited, are part of the QUVL Consortium transforming the whole mixed use 330 acre site at Kingsway, where a village community is growing fast. The mixed use development is diverse: 3,300 new homes, schools, playing fields, a retail centre and a range of leisure facilities.
Robert Hitchins Limited own the 40 acre site at Kingsway Business Park, which is being managed and developed by their experienced commercial team, headed by Jane Tooley. They are rising to the challenge of regenerating the site from a disused RAF base, into significant employment land, which will form an environmental bridge between the centre of the city and the heart of the country. The new brand for Kingsway Business Park, endorses this ethos.

Within a mile of junction 12 of the M5, and accessed by the arterial A38, Kingsway Business Park is positioned to offer occupiers a superb opportunity for relocation, to a sustainable business environment.
Kingsway Business Park has been divided into three zones. The first area benefits from its frontage to the A38 and is ideal for larger offices and landmark buildings. The second is defined by a green amenity space incorporating the Landscape Conservation Area and will provide offices with landscaped car parking and shared roadways to enhance the environmental structure. The third will accommodate a mix of workspace development.
